Renowned Italian lab authorized for OK compost certification test

Laboratori ARCHA S.r.l. belongs to the most renowned scientific institutions in Europe. Based in Pisa, Italy, ARCHA specialises in applied chemistry lab and has recently been authorized to perform tests as part of the OK compost HOME certification programme.

The OK compost authorization makes ARCHA the only lab in Italy - and one in a select group of only three laboratories in all of Europe - which is recognized in the following three packaging end-of-life certification systems:

Issued by TÜV AUSTRIA, the "OK COMPOST INDUSTRIAL", "OK BIODEGRADABLE SOIL" und "OK compost HOME" certifications guarantee and attest the compostability of packaging and materials in various scenarios according to EN 13432 and the specific test schemes.
